We had a great time! The cabin was perfect for two couples and two adult children. The private bath and bedroom on each floor was great. The house was well equipped and decorated. We definitely would consider coming back.

The home was beautiful, it worked out perfectly that each bedroom (with comfortable beds!) was on its own level of the house with its own access to outside, we all loved the hot tub, and the view was lovely. We also really appreciated how close this home was to hiking, restaurants, wineries, and Helen. I was a little worried working with a property management company rather than a private owner due to poor past experiences, but this company had excellent customer service and were always available anytime I called.

Only complaints were: 1. the cleaner was still there at the time of our check-in, so I did not have a code to enter the gate until I called. The cleaner took about 10 extra minutes before she left, but she was kind and was just finishing mopping.
2. Maybe this was because the cleaner felt rushed, but there were no soap/shampoo/conditioners in the showers, so if someone did not bring their own, they had to use the hand soap by the sink.

This rental was immaculate and conveniently located to Helen as well as Dahlonega! If you are looking to get away from the crowds and the "luxury cabins" in Pigeon Forge that aren't always that.....clean. This is your place!

Our party of 6 stayed the weekend here to celebrate a 50th birthday! The rooms were spacious and the fire pit and grill were essential! Beautiful property and will definitely book again!

Firefly was a wonderful 3 level cabin with fantastic amenities and views. It was well maintained and very clean. The road up the mountain was a little dicey, but passable if you take it easy.
Would definitely recommend.

Was AMAZING!!! Clean and beautiful cabin ,beds were SO comfortable , rental office was VERY responsive if we needed anything! We will definitely be back , cannot say enough good things!
Only thing I would say is kitchen needs to be stocked a little better , need mixing bowls .

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with two other couples and absolutely loved it. The house is exactly as pictured. Everything is new, the kitchen is well stocked. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens. The house was even decorated for fall. There were many nice touches. The view of the mountains at sunset was spectacular. The house is very close to downtown Helen and convenient for going to Oktoberfest. Will be back.

Firstly, I would recommend a 4WD, or at least an SUV type vehicle as the driveway up the mountain is a steep, dirt road and quite bumpy.

The staff at the management company were friendly and made sure that we had the community’s gate code and the code to the cabin’s front door prior to arrival.

The cabin was immaculately clean and had all of the necessary amenities that were required by city dwellers, such as internet, smart TV’s, a microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc.

Initially, the fire place was not functioning, but my phone call to the management company resulted in someone coming over and fixing the fireplace promptly.
It should be noted that the fireplace was not working again on Sunday. I called the management company and someone immediately picked up the phone, but she explained that no one was available to come over on a Sunday. Not sure how an actual emergency would have been handled, but I was able to get the fireplace working and we still were able to enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and linens were clean. The recliner couches were also comfortable. The game room was a nice addition, and is on the same lower level in the cabin as the hot tub.

We did notice a few large spiders, and their webs on the porches and on the exterior of the cabin. Rather than have my wife yell at me ( as she is afraid of spiders) I armed myself with a broom and removed the spiders, their webs and some cob webs that were on the balcony and porch.

On one of the mornings, I saw a hummingbird fly by the bedroom balcony! We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

The home is beautiful and well is a short drive to downtown Helen. Having the firepit and hot tub on property is a nice addition. Unfortunately the weather did not permit our use of these amenities. Having the 2 gathering spaces was very nice and the bedroom/bath units were beautiful. Lovely views from the balcony and deck. Check in and out process was supported well by the staff.
