Great get-a-way.
Could use updating. Needs as k-cup coffee maker and coffee, more silverware, better pots and pans, and extra towels for the hot tub.
Overall the place was wonderful. Quiet and private.

We were welcomed by a steaming hot tub that provided several moments of relaxation. Even though the upstairs tv did not work, it did not bother us. It might be user error too. Helen is a few mins away with cute stores galore! The staff was friendly and accommodating.
We will definitely book direct next time.

Cabin was clean and very cute. It did have some inconveniences though. Not even one hook to hang a jacket, dress, bath towel ..... nothing. No closet anywhere. No dust pan and broom. There were also broken electrical outlets. The outlet cover next to bed is broken in half. And the outlet below the little desk is wore out and anything plugged into it will not stay plugged in. We will definitely rent from you again next year, but I will definitely book earlier so I can get our usual cabin. This one was just a little to inconvenient

This was a wonderful little cabin, cozily ticked away in the beautiful Georgia mountains. I have no complaints at all, I actually loved it so much that I wanted to put an offer in on it, but my husband said no! LOL!!! The communication with the office was easy, and they were extremely friendly.The cabin itself was very well kept and clean. I would rent this place every time we come to Helen, GA!

This cabin is perfect. It's a great size, is always clean, and is very private. The porch and hot tub face the woods, so while you are close to neighbors you don't have to worry about seeing them. The cabin comes with mostly everything you need, everything that is expected. The management company (GMR) is always very nice and handles anything needed in a very timely manner. One year the gas ran out on the tank of our grill and it was replaced within an hour. They even give you a courtesy call the day after you arrive to make sure everything is up to your expectations. While we stay in the cabin most of the time, it's only about 10-15 minutes away from Helen and very easy to get to. The driveway is very inclined when you first enter, so a truck is definitely the way to go if you have one. My husband and I book a weekend here every year as a way to get away from the daily hustle and bustle and we never regret it.

My husband and I stayed in the Love Bird cabin a few years ago, in fact, it was the very first cabin we rented. We loved the peace and tranquility while enjoying morning coffee on the screen-in porch while listening to the birds and the swaying of the trees. Everything was accessible and easy to get to. We received our courtesy call and were thrilled to talk about our enjoyment. My husband and I walked around downtown Hellen and took the adventurist ride on the roller coaster. We then had lunch at the Cowboys and Angels restaurant, which we will go back and visit. We spent a beautiful Sunday Afternoon at the Yonah Winery and enjoyed live music. The cabin was to our satisfaction. If you like a firm mattress, then this is the right cabin for you. Thank you staff and Sherry for always being so polite anytime I call. We will be back real soon.

My wife and I loved this cabin so much we booked it again! We like how close it is to Helen and the Anna Ruby Falls.

We had and issue with our door code, but an employee was there quickly to absolve the problem and gave us a new code. The internet was also down, but they had a technician out there asap to fix that, too.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. We also got a free night because of the snow and ice. The only negative was it needs a broom and dust pan also all the jets was not working in the hot tub.But other than that it was great.the staff was very on point if we called they answered.

Our overall experience was wonderful. However, there could be more pillows and linens (pillowcases) and blankets or notification of bringing your own from home. Also the bed is super hard and my spouse had back problems after sleeping on it. The sofa is also uncomfortable to sit on.

We had such a great stay at the Love Bird cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. The cabin is at a dead end drive and very secluded and private. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Less than 10 minutes from town made it very convenient.

Love Bird is very cozy and well equipped . The heart shaped jacuzzi was very comfortable and relaxing as well as the hot tub on the porch . The cabin was also very clean ! The only issue we had was the bed . Not very comfortable. But overall, a very nice place to stay . Will definitely be back .

Everything was great with our stay at the Love Bird cabin. The driveway is really steep, so if you have a small car it's tricky getting up the driveway. Will definitely be back.

The Cabin was everything we were looking for. Location places close to go and have fun. The jacuzzi tub, Fireplace, screened porch, Loft everything was great. Overall it was a lovely stay. The cabin was clean and well-stocked. The location is very private. Georgia Mountain Rentals staff was attentive and helpful. There were two drawbacks from our perspective. The bedroom and bathroom are on separate floors. The other drawback is that there was a dog that barked continuously from morning until after dark. Of course, that is nothing the owner or rental company can control.

First thing , the flush handle was broken so had to remove the top of the toilet tank to flush . Cobwebs in the ceiling beams , Black mold around the tub trim because water is getting behind the valve . I would have been more comfortable on the floor than in the bed . The mattress is terrible sagging and hard as the floor . This property is NOT SECLUDED . We listened to the other guests in the area yelling and dogs barking I had to get the occupant of the first cabin to move their vehicle twice so we could get in and out of our cabin. This trip was for a funeral and the experience of this cabin did not measure up to what was described .

This place was great for me and my wife. We had a wonderful time and really hated to leave. It is located not too far from the road but it really feels like you are away from everything. The place is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you would need. The hot tub on the porch is wonderful. We spent a lot of time in it. We didn't leave the cabin often. That is the reason we decided to stay in a cabin, because it had a kitchen and grill. We cooked and grilled most of our meals so we could just stay away from everybody and everything. Customer service was great also. They were there to answer any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to come back.

My husband and I go to Helen every Valentines Day weekend. We were very pleased with the Love Bird cabin. The hot tub was one of the best we've ever had in a cabin. The location was perfect for us- just far away enough from the hustle and bustle. It was also very accessible! I feel like you never know what parking will look like at a rental but we were very happy with this. The staff checked in with us as well and were so polite. We will probably rent this cabin again! :)

When we arrived to our Love Birds Cabin, it was exactly what we imagined, a small piece of paradise. Nestled among trees for the right amount of privacy is what we needed to escape the busy city life. When we were not enjoying the cabin, we took advantage of the sites and enjoyed an amazing wine tour that was not to far from our cabin. The town of Helen was near for shopping and entertainment. Although it rained most of the time, it was still the perfect place to be. It felt as if time stood still. We enjoyed everything from a roaring fireplace to the heart shaped Jacuzzi, exactly what was needed to complete our beautiful, romantic getaway for two intimate love birds. To sum it up, It was an amazing time!

Very nice property, although not as secluded as the pictures show. No wifi access as described. Over all very nice property. Clean & comfortable. Steps were kind of steep to upstairs but that did not bother us. I would recommend. Hot tub was private.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. It was a great cabin with many (hot tub, whirlpool bath and two satellite televisions). The seclusion was wonderful. As well, it was great to be close to state and national parks. The only drawback is that there is a steep driveway entrance that scraped my front bumper every time I entered and exited the property. Also, two of the electric burners on the stove were inoperable. I notified the Georgia Mountain Rentals and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue.

When we arrived the place was everything we wanted it to be. Off the beaten path but not so far that we could not get to attractions in a few minutes. We loved making a fire in the fireplace for both warmth but the cozy feeling and smell.

Our vacation experience was great from start to finish! The cabin was in a very quiet location, just what we needed.
The cabin was clean & the property was well maintained. The way it is positioned makes it very private.
We plan on renting it again in the future & would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet retreat. Also, it is not too far from Anna Ruby Falls, Helen, and other places to visit.

We spent a week in the Love Bird cabin and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The cabin was clean and cozy, and the location was super! Very convenient to Helen but far enough away from the crowds. We loved the hot tub and the screened porch. The first morning I noticed the coffee pot was missing, so I called and a new one was delivered within an hour. The WiFi was pretty bad, but we didn't mind as we wanted to get away from it all! Very friendly people to deal with, I highly recommend Georgia Mountain Rentals!

Everything went really smoothly, with the exception of cellphone coverage (which was never mentioned as a potential issue), and trying to use the landline provided. Overall, I would recommend the cabin and the area for vacation, but cellphone reception needs to be mentioned as a potential issue for guests so that they can plan accordingly.

We were actually supposed to stay in a diferent cabin but got switched just before leaving home. We were very delighted with everything! It was very private even though there was 1 fairly close cabinas. We couldnt see it or anyone from the screened porche. The bed was super confortable and I'd love to know where you got the super soft comforter from. I want 1!! That and the hot tubo with the screened porch were our favoritas! Very relaxing and rejuvinating!

We enjoyed this property. Very clean. Would suggest little more lighting outside. We arrived at night was hard to see to unload car. Hot tub area was our favorite. Minor repair to screen enclosure needs to be done, but other than that the place was excellent.

Overall very happy with our stay. The only advice I would give it thing I would change would that the yard could use some attention. Bushes and weeds had taken up most of the yard and there was no view from the screened porch except grown up bushes.
