We require a signature on the Adobe Sign document to let us know that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Guest Agreement and ask that you send us a copy of the front of your driver's license. We will give you specific instructions on how to do this securely. A guest list with the names and ages of all staying at the property is also required.
The guest is required to provide a credit card number as a guarantee. Guest agrees to pay all rent and fees associated with a rental, accept all terms of the lease agreement, and accept all liability for any damage beyond normal wear and tear (or Accidental Damage Protection) during the term of the lease with Georgia Mountain Rentals. If the Guest fails to do so, the Guest understands that these costs will be charged to the credit card on file and all credit card sales are final.
