A very quiet, quaint home conveniently located near Yonah Mountain vineyard, Helen and Cleveland. Located on a wooded and private lot with a Well lit entry, completely fenced backyard that the dogs loved. Hot tub was on, clean and warm when we arrived. Nicely equipped, and current kitchen and decor. Plenty of game tables in the game room but don't plan on using the sleeper sofa mentioned. Nice functioning big screen TV, and sectional sofa. Tile floors throughout.

Pawsibilities is a great cabin and it makes your vacation more fun to have your fur babies along. We loved the screened front porch with a swing and rockers and the fenced backyard and back patio with hot tub. GMR is wonderful to work with. The kitchen and bathrooms are small and the wifi didn't work at least 50% of the time and was slow when it did work. The router is located behind the living room TV and unplugging it helped some of the time but especially if it's cloudy/rainy you will have issues and may need a hotspot. The game room has fun stuff but is a converted garage and didn't cool as much as we would have liked in order to use the sleeper sofa. For a 5-night stay you'll want to bring some paper towels (cabin had 1 roll), dishwasher pods (cabin had 2) and laundry soap to wash towels. We love this area and you'll have a great time here.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We felt safe and cozy. The neighbors were friendly. We got a little nervous with the steep hill just before the cabin but we did get used to it. My only suggestion is to provide an extra sheet set for each bedroom. The couch was huge and could sleep two people. I like how all the lights were labeled so there was no guessing. It was so peaceful just what we needed. The cabin was nice and cold when we arrived. I'm not sure if it was the mountain air or the great air conditioning or the peace and quiet but it was the best sleep I have had in years. I love that we can bring our fur baby with us too. Very relaxing and a beautiful town. Hopefully we will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Pawsabilities as we were happy to find a pet friendly cabin. We found the cabin clean and comfortable. We used the gas grill two times during our stay and found it worked pretty well though didn’t heat evenly and wasn’t big enough for a family of six. The fan for stove worked very well once we figured it out. The outside bulb lights didn’t work. Beds we’re comfortable, and we all loved the hot tub and game room. Ample parking and level yard.

Definitely will be staying here again! Huge front and back porch! Loved the fence in yard! My dog enjoyed running and exploring while we chilled in the hot tub. Hot tub on sleep mode so don’t forget to hit temp then light and it changes to standard and will start heating up. The game room was also so great! My kids enjoyed the time! On the hot tub, it is supposed to be on Standard when you arrive so that it is heating so it is possible it was not switched to that before you arrived. We stayed here for 4 days with our two dogs. We were delighted to see how pet friendly the place was with a large fenced yard. Our dogs loved it. For the people it was more than we could have wished for, with super comfortable bed, very clean inside and out, comfortable large couch, good internet and user friendly, albeit small, kitchen . The cabin was convenient to Helen which was about a 15 minute drive and close enough to multiple hiking trails. The management company was very helpful and responsive.

The rental property was excellent. It was clean, spacious, all amenities and close to town. Loved that we were able to bring the dogs.
The only thing I would recommend is that there be instructions in the property for the tv, wifi and hot tub.

This was our 1st time ever staying in a vacation rental home. Georgia Mountain Rentals went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They called us about 30 minutes before our expected arrival to let us know our home was ready. They called after we arrived to make sure we were happy. AND they called the next morning to find out if there was anything we needed.
Pawsibilities was the perfect 2/2 size for us and our Yorkie. The house is centrally located in the Sky View subdivision across from a small lake. It is very private. It is centrally located within 30 minutes in every direction of everything you would want to visit in North GA mountains. The place was very clean. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful after long hikes. The fenced in back yard was convenient for the dog. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The bed in the guest room was squeaky but comfy. We did not use the fireplace. But there was even some wood stacked outside had we wanted to. The game room was great for evenings or a rainy day. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every night. There is a large front porch with a swing and rocking chairs. The large back porch has a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and the hot tub. Plenty of places to just sit and unwind.
We were very pleased and will be returning.

Pawsibilities was the perfect cabin for our visit to Helen. The cabin is at a good location, It's not hard to get in and out of, so you don't have to have 4WD. There are no steps to climb to get in and out of the cabin, so it's great for elderly couples as well as handicap persons. The bed in the master bedroom slept really well. The cabin was very up to date and super clean. We enjoyed the couple evenings there swinging and sitting on the screened in front porch. We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin better than our visit to Helen. If we were ever to visit that area again, we'd definitely look at staying at Pawsibilities again!

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful cottage. It was very peaceful. Our fur babies enjoyed the big back yard and the owners made everything a breeze by providing everything we needed to clean up after our fur babies. My family and I can't wait to visit again. House is nicer than the pictures show. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house which is good.
Large fenced garden for the dogs which was good just check the fence before letting hte dogs loose as when we stayed part of th fence was rotted away and the dogs got out and ran off.
Helen is 15 minutes drive away nice place for a beer and food.
Lots of Hiking trails nearby
Would go back certainly.

This house is great for a quiet getaway. It's in a nice area and a close drive (20 minutes) to lots of hikes and the Helen area. The private, fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dog to enjoy extra time outside and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long hike.

The experience with GA Mtn Rentals was very positive - they were responsive and helpful and the hospitality app is great. The house itself was a bit dirty upon arrival. Understandable that the clay dirt makes it challenging to clean, but the floors were filthy. Walking with white socks on upon arrival left my socks a red/tan color. I'm doubtful they were mopped between guests. The WIFI was terribly slow. If you plan on working remotely, you'll need a hotspot. Backyard was a huge plus. Kitchen was sparsely supplied so challenging to cook for longer stays.

Perfect place to stay. It is in a private neighborhood that has a pond you can fish, canoe or kayak in. It's 8 miles from Helen and about 10+ miles from Cleveland. Very convenient and quiet. The cabin is clean and has a perfect setup for a family of 4. It has a fenced in back yard, a hot tub, a screened front porch with rocking chairs, a kitchen with all the necessities, games, and an air hockey table in the enclosed garage. We really enjoyed our stay. The only update I would suggest to the owner is to get memory foam mattress pads or new mattresses because they weren't the most comfortable. It also has a small gas grill on the back porch that we took advantage of by grilling steaks from the IGA in Cleveland. I would recommend this cabin highly!

We found Pawsibilities to be a clean and comfortable mountain retreat for our family, including Buddy. The interior was comfortable and nicely decorated. The living area had a large, comfortable couch and the dining table offered seating for 6. The kitchen is a bit small but nicely stocked. The cookware is professional-grade - not the cheap $20 cookpot set you can get at Walmart. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean (yes, the toilet had a "seatbelt" showing it was sanitized). The hot tub was a delight and we spent many hours soaking while letting Buddy hang out in the fenced-in backyard. My only disappointment was the fact that the doggie bed that's shown in the pictures was not there. There's another piece of furniture in place of the bed but not one that is designed for dogs. The community lake is peaceful and pleasant to walk to. Buddy made me take him over at least twice a day. We'll be back to enjoy this retreat again.

Pawsibilities is a spacious mountain cabin that is nicely equipped with most everything needed to spend some time away in the Georgia mountains. I especially liked the fact that it has a fenced-in back yard, which came in very nice for my dog. The front screened-in porch has a lot of room to sit and relax. The satellite tv has plenty of viewing options for those times when you just want to stay inside. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. Close to Helen, Unicoi State Park and a short drive to the Lake Burton area.

We always love staying with Georgia Mountain Rentals!! GMR always provides outstanding customer service, are always friendly and goes above and beyond in making our stay at their rental properties the best that it can possibly be. This cabin is located in a great location... not to far from Helen or Cleveland. This cabin was clean and furnished well. The fenced in backyard is a great feature since we love bringing our furbabies to the mountains with us. Within in walking distance from a small lake and beach area for the summer and has a great fireplace for the winter. We will definitely be staying at this cabin again!!

This is the second time I have stayed at Pawsibilities. The cabin was just as described. The couch was comfortable and spacious. The hot tub, working fireplace, and fenced yard were also a plus.
My only complaint, and the reason for four out five stars, is that the mattresses were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I woke up with an excruciating backache each morning. Also, the dishwasher did not work. However, the "pawsitives" outweigh the negatives and I will stay here again as long as the price per night does not increase.

The cabin is in a great location, easy to drive to since it's not really on the mountainside, but appears to be an older one. We chose this one since it was pet friendly and had a fenced backyard, but the photos on the web site must be old cause the fence is not in as good of shape as it appeared when we looked at the photos. There were some boards that had should have been replaced since they were missing part of the sides of the board, so if you have a small dog or a dog that jumps onto the fence, I don't have faith the boards would hold up and your dog could be loose!

The inside of the cabin was clean and the LR and DR furniture provided more than enough places to sit. The kitchen is tiny, but has lots of pots and pans, which were in great shape, and lots of utensils, dishes and silverware. Microwave has controls that we never saw before--it was not a typical digital panel, so it would have been nice if they had provided an instruction sheet on how to use it!

The bathroom in the King room is a tight fit; have to walk in and close the door behind you to be able to get to the toilet and tub/shower. Shower tub surround appears to have been repaired with epoxy; not very attractive, but was functional, but water pressure was pretty low.

We were there in the winter, so didn't get to use the front screen porch, but I bet it's a great place to sit in the summer. Has a nice swing and lots of rockers.

Very close to Helen and Anna Ruby Falls; had fun walking the trails in Anna Ruby Falls with the dog. Lots to do in Helen!

Suggestions to Manager: add a small clock in LR and BRs-only clock is on stove, add a bottle of hand soap in kitchen or fill the sink dispenser bottle under sink. Have a booklet that stays in the cabin with instructions for appliances, a list of "rules for the cabin" stating what tenant is expected to clean up prior to checkout, and a contact phone number for the rental office. This cabin is great! It offers a lot of charm and is awesome for couples. The location is perfect! Very quiet and private!

Absolutely wonderful! Very private! Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on opposite sides of house gave privacy for us and my sister and brother-in-law. The view of the lake and it's closeness was nice especially for taking a walk.Loved the screened porch and backyard for our dog, Nicholas. Would definitely return for another stay!

Our stay was awesome! The cabin was well setup and equipped for our stay with 3 dogs. Very large fenced in back yard and screened in front porch were awesome for the dogs! The cabin was very convienent to town and large grocery store was within 10 mins. We really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend to friends. Only thing possible to complain about is the kitchen and supplies can use some TLC but everything was functional.

This was a last minute reservation and the only cabin where we could bring our Lab. It was a very nice, roomy cabin. The gameroom and jacuzzi were a nice added touch too. The road noise was a bit much at times but luckily it quites down in the evening. Only a few miles from Helen. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
