The rental company helped me after a problem with another rental turn out bad and I call Georgia mountain rentals in a very short time I was in a cabin and we were very happy with our cabin and staff was wonderful.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We wished the recliner loveseat worked, so we could prop our feet up. We always stay in your cabins and have been for 16 years at least 2 times a year. Thank you for making sure we are comfortable on our get aways!! We will be back in the spring.

Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the property other than a few maintenance issues. First is the mattress which is the worst mattress we have ever slept on. It really needs to be changed because it is totally wore out. As soon as you lay down you slide into the center of the mattress and there is no support. Second is the reclining loveseat didn't work which we were told was because they were waiting on a part to fix it. If the loveseat was working we would have slept in that because the mattress was that bad. Third is the piece that holds the shower head is broken and the shower head kept falling down. The cabin needs some TLC. The location is great and everything else about the cabin we loved.

My husband and I needed a weekend getaway and hadn't checked out Helen yet. Justthe2ofus was perfect in proximity to downtown while still being nestled in nature.

The cabin was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic.

Communication was pleasant and the directions were clear and concise.

The cabin smelled musty like mold and smoke. The floor was covered in sand, clearly not cleaned. There were no laundry pods to wash clothes with and the guestbook informed me that the porch fireplace only works Oct-Mar.
You don’t want the 3rd night free, assuming your trip falls in the timeframe listed in the fine print.

The cabin was very easy to get to with clear instructions from the rental property. It was very clean and came with a few amenities and a book of local recommendations. It’s close enough to downtown so, you do not have to spend a lot on gas, but it’s far enough way where you’re not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Definitely would rent again.

The cabin was overall great. The TV remote did not work upon arrival. Bought new batteries and it worked fine. Floor in bathroom is old and needs replacing. Sliding glass doors in the back does not have a lock. A piece of PVC pipe was laid in the track to stop the door from opening. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen amenities, and the hot tub was fantastic.

Our stay at Just the 2 of Us was wonderful. Property was as described and very clean. Our only negative was the mattress should probably be replaced as it has a fairly good dip in the middle. We would stay here again. We loved how close to the town of Helen, but still "in the middle of nowhere".

Overall the property was as expected from the pictures. It was a cozy little cabin perfect for a stay with my husband and our dogs. There are some parts of the cabin that are a little outdated (such as the linoleum in the bathroom which has a few tears in it) and the kitchen was sparse in terms of cooking utensils, but it was very clean and all appliances worked well. The cabin is really close to downtown Helen and several perfect hiking spots. I do recommend following the directions provided by the rental company on how to get to the cabin because the address that was listed will not take you to the right location. This is not the fault of the rental property at all but if you are traveling with dogs please know that there is a permanent resident that lives close that has two small dogs that get loose frequently and run through the woods and came aggressively over to the cabin barking at our dogs. It made it difficult to take the dogs out at times. Overall this was a wonderful cabin with the perfect location for a vacation. I would stay here again if we came to the area.

It wasn't as bad as it could've been, but there was NO HOT WATER at all. There were also three dogs from a neighboring cabin that ran loose and came aggressively at me, my husband and two German Shepherds more than once. We had to finally throw rocks at them to make them leave. It was stressful to say the least. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay, but we cut it short due to the issues.

We always enjoy our stay at Georgia Mtn rental cabins. Clean and cozy. The internet wifi passwords were not posted like in other cabins we’ve rented and even when we are on vacation we still have to work, so internet is important for us .... The passwords we were given when we called didn’t work and we ended up having to use our phone as a hotspot. We will continue to book through GA Mtn Rentals as our overall experiences are wonderful!

Lovely modern cabin hidden up in the forrest, you feel secluded from the bustle of everyday life but with internet! Well kept, with most anything you'd need. Hot tub was used every night even in the dead of summer. Do note the bed and pillows are a bit on the harder side so if you need something other, just pack it in the car with you. Would definitely consider coming back here.

A Birthday getaway weekend for my girlfriend where she and I enjoyed the peace and quiet where we just relaxed and had NO agenda.
We enjoyed a little walk in nature, the hot tub and the fire pit as well as the grill.
It was so nice and clean and very comfortable. The only complaint that she and I both have is that the stay wasn’t long enough.

We have already began talking about a return visit maybe in the fall or even the winter. It was absolutely wonderful.

My daughter and I stayed here for an UPDIF event held at Unicoi State Park. It was conveniently located only a few miles to the park and to Helen, GA.

Positives: Hot tub was wonderful, shower had good pressure, kitchen was nice to have to cook our own meals.

Negative: Bed was extremely squishy. If you want a medium to firm bed, look elsewhere!

Overall, I would highly recommended Georgia Mountain Rentals. If you need food/groceries or forgot anything, stop by Betty's Country Store in Helen. They have everything!

Due to weather issues we had a minor setback at the cabin we were originally checking into for vacation. They offered us a stay here until they fixed the issue with the other so we could began our vacation. They fixed it by the next day and were so wonderful throughout all of it. This was a beautiful place, amazing hot tub and great location. We also loved the game table. Highly recommend!

The place was very convenient to the state parks and town. They Need Bigger Sign Or Cut Back Growth To See the Sign At The Road. There was a utility light that needed to be fixed several cottages over. We Had a Minor Sink Problem And It Was Quickly Fixed the Next Day. I Liked The Cottage And Would Definitely use Georgia Mountain Rentals Again. If You're In Helen, Definitely Go Tubing (Buy a Stick), Do The Alpine Coaster Ride. They Also Have a Nice Water Park In Town. GREAT Food Wherever You Go.

This studio is very efficient. It has room galore and the updated air conditioner and oven are excellent. The white paint brightens the whole place. The outdoor living area is a big plus. Our little cheagle loved the porch with it's gate a the steps. Bring plenty of food because if you plan to just stay, you will have an excellent time.

We spent a long weekend and only left the cabin once! Management company was a breeze to work with and sent up a new propane tank for our outdoor fire pit so fast. We even managed to catch some snow flurries from the hot tub. Magical - we will definitely be back!

This was our first cabin experience so we weren't sure what to expect. There were quite a few other cabins around us so it was not as secluded as we thought. The cabin was cute but needed some attention. The biggest annoyance was the bathroom door. It scraped the floor so it would only open half way and you had to SLAM it to get it to close. The wall paint needed a lot of attention. It was very quiet and well equipped. If we rent a cabin again we will ask more questions and read more reviews. Overall we were happy and the people we dealt with were fantastic.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this cabin and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was clean and in the perfect location--secluded but very close to downtown Helen. Our second day there we hiked Anna Ruby Falls which is only 8 minutes from the cabin. The hot tub was probably our favorite amenity! It was very clean and the perfect way to end a day hiking in the cold. Someone called us on our second day there to make sure we were okay and that we were enjoying ourselves which was so nice. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and felt like home. We both got a little teary-eyed as we packed our stuff to head home. We will definitely be coming back to Just The Two Of Us!

Such a wonderful stay! I love the seclusion of the place and the hot tub was so nice. Our fire pit wouldn’t light but I didn’t have to call the GMR staff because she called me first to check in! Wonderful super quiet and cozy time for my wife and I. Everything was great. Only 2 itty bitty gripes. The roads leading in and to the cabins are really ruff on cars and minivans. The Foosball Table needed attention. Overall Great A++.

My husband and I came here to stay for Valentine's Day. Was a perfect getaway quick and easy not far from home as we live in ellijay. We got to go in town as it was Mardi gras festivity weekend everything was beautiful and the stores were wonderful. Our cabin was just perfect for the two of us my husband and I are very competitive and the foosball table just added an extra kick. The jacuzzi of course was the main attraction. We would sip our coffee in the mornings before breakfast and afternoon leisure and definitely at night and listened to the sound of silence and fresh crisp air. Was a perfect romantic weekend. Will definitely be back!

Georgia Mountian Rental staff was outstanding and very helpful. We come up here 3 to 4 times a year and now that our place is sold we will be using the company for all of our rentals.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Just the Two of Us! It was not far from Helen, but far enough away that you could enjoy peace while at the cabin. The fact that it was in the national forest was an added bonus. It was close to the state park and Anna Ruby Falls. The cabin was close to others, but the angle at which it was nestled in the trees made it feel secluded. The bed was so soft, fire place cozy, hot tub wonderful, and porch relaxing! We had a great time and would definitely return. The down side was that the cabin got very hot and would not cool off. Still worth 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time staying @ Just the Two of Us. The Bed was Super comfortable, and the surrounding area so peaceful! We slept with the door open to take in the fresh Mountain Air. Of course the Hot Tub was the icing on the cake, and after a long day of traveling, or a day in was a welcome sight. We look forward to our next trip..Just the Two of Us.

We love Georgia Mtn Rentals! This cabin was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. I wish we had had more time there actually. The ONLY downfall is the small gravel road to get to the location. But, it’s honestly so worth it! The hot tub and deck are very secluded so it’s definitely very peaceful and relaxing. We loved it.

The just the 2 of US cabin rental is a great place to stay if it’s just the two of people. Perfect location for couples. Everything is exactly as described/pictured. Hot tub was nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! I highly recommend if your looking for a place with some privacy(when the trees grow completely with leaves) and romantic vibes.
There’s not much Of a view off the wrap around deck besides just woods.

The cabin was very clean and management was very friendly and helpful. A couple of little things that would of made stay even better are; the sign at the end of the drive could of been bigger and more visable. There could of been more outlets other than by the bed and kitchen. Some condiments would of put a nice touch on the stay. Like I said little things. The sign being larger and more visiable would be the main thing to change. Other than that great location to everything and very clean.

The cabin was very cute and clean. It had a well stocked kitchen with items for cooking. It is close to Helen about 8 minutes and an easy drive. The road is accessible by a regular car.

We spent the weekend at this rental as a fun little getaway. We had a great time! The space was perfect for two people and we loved the hot tub. Only complaint is the internet didn’t work. It said the WiFi was connected, but nothing loaded so it was an internet service issue, not a WiFi issue. The property management people were also great. They called to check in multiple times and made the check in and check out process easy. Overall, great experience!

Cabin was fine, enjoyed the stay there very much . The only thing was the drive leading up to cabin, it was washed out pretty badly in a few spots and made me glad I didn’t drive my corvette

The cabin was a good size for 2 people (myself and 8 year old daughter). It was great having a good ball table and hot tub there. Play and relaxation. The drive to town was not bad. It was nice to be a little out of town and in the quiet. The place was very clean when we arrived - great job on that. Everything was as advertised and the rental company was on top of every detail!

The rental was clean and in a good location. As I searched for a cabin I stumbled upon this cabin. I read the reviews and saw that a previous visitor complained that there was no working WIFI. I went against my judgement and thought that the problem would have been rectified. Boy was I wrong! The cabin had sign in info but the network they suggested didn't work nor did it appear as an option. I called Sunday and a women said she would call me back before she left with an answer. She never called me back. I then called another number they left and the guy said Windstream would come out sometime next week. This was really unacceptable! Do not advertise something you do not provide or care to fix.
