Great location, comfortable bed a few items needed to be addressed which would have made it a better stay. Lights on exterior stairs were out, no shower liner, fire place didn't work, hot tub water level too low for adequate jet use, no tv/cable account for cabin.

Nice property very clean w/ everything we needed. One downfall was the climb of the entry-way steps - steep and old. Driveway was slanted which made it difficult getting in and out of the car.

Our trip to Helen GA was a wonderful experience. The house was nice and clean, had a fireplace that we spent the first night reading by the fire, it had a hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed multiple times, and it was located within a few minutes of everything we did while we were there. I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore what Helen GA has to offer.

Super cute rental in great area. We enjoyed our stay only complaint would be loud kids running around next door and construction down under. other than that it was very peaceful.

Very clean space perfect for 2 couples. I would highly recommend this place. It is located close to town and tubing. One night I went out to get something out of the car and nearly bumped into a bear cub. He went running down the stairs and we saw him join his mother and another cub at the street.
There were four of us and we did Cool River Tubing which was great.
Had breakfast at Hofer's Bakery and Cafe and the food and the service were great. We had several things from the bakery and they did not disappoint.

This condo was ABSOLUTELY perfect! We each had our own room and bathroom, with plenty of room to spread out. The living room was just the right size, with a very comfortable recliner. And my FAVORITE part of the whole condo was the PHENOMENAL hot tub. We were in the hot tub everyday, several times a day (LOVED it)!! The condo was located right inside the gated community with close access to Helen and all the activities. It was exactly what we needed and we'll definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed this space - everything in good, working order. Fireplace during the unusually cold weekend came in handy. But due to the cold, not able to take advantage of the hot tub- well, could have but did not sound appealing. The view out the back porch was nice. One tree down the street blocks the view of Yonah Mountain from the front porch but is nice view from the road. The “angled” or sloping parking spot made getting in and out of the car interesting. Does not look too bad in the photos but might be an issue for older visitors or those with young children. The steps could use some illumination - there is a significant shadow over this part from the adjoining duplex and street light up the hill.

Rental is in a good location and was very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this rental.

We had an unexpected change in guest s at found this place at the last turned out to be perfect!We are alwill be returning.Had a little misshap with the remote could not find volume button turns out the new Roku remotes have volume buttons on the sides��Otherwise trip was great!

The time we spent in Helen Octoberfest was great with friends. The time in the rental was fine until we were leaving. Removing the bed sheets per rental agreement request in the spare bedroom queen bed we found 2 giant pee stains when removing linens and the mattress sheet had been flipped and turned sideways to hide it. That was disgusting for my wife and I. Bathroom toilets needed a little extra Cleaning in the bowl. Front door had no blinds, was a solid glass door you could see in. Stay was fine in the living room, kitchen and patio/hot tub area.

Jacuzzi was broke the entire time. I rented a room with a Jacuzzi and ours was broke. The TV remote in spare room never worked. Even after changing out batteries. Got back to room and lights in spare room not working. Found breaker box and it was tripped. Reset it and got our lights back on. Went to cook a Flatbread pizza. There was no cookie sheet or pizza pan. Used a small round pie pan...the only pan that could go into oven. Large mosquito in corner of bathroom ceiling with several egg specs in its nest. I would like a partial refund.

We had a great stay at this two bedroom duplex. The location was fantastic, just on the outskirts of the main village of Helen but once you drive through the community gate, you felt like you were secluded in nature. The Mountain View from the front patio is awesome. The cabin itself was everything we needed - two king bedrooms and two full baths - perfect for our small family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and the fireplace and hot tub were great for relaxing every night. The property manager was very communicative and sent over an extra blanket promptly at our request. We would definitely return to the town of Helen and this rental property as well.

My property was located in a great area! I appreciated the community with the security at the front and quietness of it all. Everything we needed for a convenient stay plus more was provided. The staff was very nice to send follow ups to reassure a nice stay. Wine tasting and zip lining close by was convenient as well. Definitely a home away from home.

This Mountain View cabin was excellent. Very cozy, clean, and the view was phenomenal. It was right in Helen so everything was very close. Georgia Mountain Rental was very accommodating and checked up on us multiple times. We would definitely stay here again!

Alpine Mountain View was a great rental because it was not only very close to everything in Helen, but it was also extremely quiet. Nice views from the front and back porches. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Easy access to pool and to town! Variety of things to do in this town. The place was very clean and the property's owners were always making sure our stay went great and were very attending to our needs. Definitely recommend this place!
