Townhome located in the perfect area just blocks from downtown Helen. Central to fantastic hiking and waterfalls on the mountain. Kitchen large enough and equipped to cook for an entire family! Great experience.

This townhome is in the perfect location of Helen. Very spacious and well kept. Plenty of amenities to keep you busy within a 5 minute drive; gorgeous golf course, pickle ball, town center of Helen to walk around, and a tubing location ending with water slides that was so much fun! So glad we got to stay here and can’t wait to go back!!

Great neighborhood and it’s right next to the pool and pickleball courts in the neighborhood. Close to the town and local hiking and viewing areas. I would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to experience the Helen,GA community! P.S. don’t forget to shoot the hooch!

Mountain Crossing was perfect for a quick family getaway. Good proximity to downtown Helen, great floorplan with luxury accommodations, very clean and inviting. Great privacy within Inverness. Makes me want to come back and stay there again.

Kings Court was immaculate, and I am VERY picky. Ground level made for easy loading. I also was cooking desserts for Christmas and the kitchen was extremely well equipped.

We really enjoyed staying at King's Court. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom and porch was a welcome feature. Georgia Mountain Rentals was great to work with - they responded quickly to any question we had.

We had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of beds, bathrooms, and hanging out space. This was perfect for our girls gathering. The location was soooooo close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Helen. Ingles was only 15 minutes away and there was a Dollar General 5 minutes away. Only issue was that there were no oven mitts or aluminum foil or spray oil for cooking.

This home was excellent, and was very clean and accommodating. The only thing that was unfortunate was that we only scheduled a couple of nights at this stop, but could have definitely done more and been very comfortable here. We brought 6 people and still had plenty of space to relax.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and worked wonderful for us. The description was on point and the kitchen was exactly what we needed to cook. The manager provided great customer service they came to pick up the trash and relit the pilot light very quickly. We were in the area for a family wedding.

Very spacious townhouse within walking distance to downtown Helen. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had everything you need. We had a problem with sugar ants in the kitchen trying to get into our food and the hot tub took a very long time to heat up, never reaching the temp we set it to. Otherwise it was a wonderful place. The propane fireplace was a great touch! Visited with my husband, kids, and mom with plenty of room to spare.

we had a good experience despite a few issues.there were bugs in the kitchen and it appeared to be related to a cleaning issue. The hot tub did not work right and didn't reach temperature until the 4th day. Overall the property is nice and convenient to town.

The home was very clean and spacious. It was a pleasure to have a full bathroom with each bedroom. The location was perfect, in Helen, but away from the bustle. We were so pleased to find a starter kit of dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels, bar soap and toilet paper provided for our stay. We tubed the river many times, hiked to the local waterfalls and generally enjoyed a relaxing vacation. The property managers were wonderful, check in and check out was easy. It was a very smooth process.

Oh my God I don’t know where to start. The house is so amazing, very quiet, and clean. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of it. This was his birthday weekend so we also had a few of his college friends and their wives here to celebrate. Downtown Helen was so convenient to the house that we decided to walk from your house to downtown. We will be back soon to stay a little longer. The weekend wasn’t long enough. We will be back!

We come to Helen every year-the weekend before Labor Day.
Everything went well except-a little embarrassing-we has a clogged toilet. We would have gladly fixed the situation but did not find a plunger. I would suggest to have a plunger available at the property. The property management folks were at the house in under 2 hours. They were very nice.

The house was clean and nice for our stay.
One of the chairs in the living room was wobbly but we were not there very long. We were mostly out and about Helen.

In the visitors book there were comment you could walk to Helen. Wish I would of had time to try that journey.

Also, forgot to put in visitor book. Liquor store by Betty’s is 2-3 dollars more for than the other liquor stores

We had a nice vacation I. Helen Ga. We stayed at the Kings Court rental which was very close to downtown Helen and all the activities. It was 3 adults and 2 kids. It was nice to have a community gate for safety and the neighborhood was beautiful. Overall the house was great, only issues noted was toilets were a bit finicky in 2 rooms and missing a few kitchen items that would have made cooking easier. Everything else was great and we had a good time, we would use the same rental if we came back!!

Our group of 5 adults totally enjoyed this home! It's nicely decorated, roomy, and was close to town. We grilled brats, relaxed in the hot tub, and sat on the decks when it rained briefly. We would definitely stay here again!

We all enjoyed our stay. We would recommend some new pots and pans also a sponge to wash up the kitchen would be helpful. All the beds were very comfortable. The location could not be beat for us. Our daughter's house was walking distance so we will use this property again. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. Be aware that if you put the puzzles together there are a few pieces missing. Drove our teenagers crazy. We had a little problem finding the way upstairs. If you go to the half bath, there is another door straight ahead that leads upstairs. It would have been nice to have a door knob there. We ended up attaching a ribbon to the door so if it got closed we could open it. All in all the loved the place and would come back. We would do it in the summer/spring timeframe so we could utilize all the special deals they have if you stay there.

The property was really nice and clean. It was in a great location, and felt really secure being in a gated community.Only downside was there are no smoke detectors or C02 detectors within the home, my husband is a firefighter and that is one of the first things we always look for when staying somewhere.

The property was as described, very well equipped. We had only one issue and it was resolved quickly. We were surprised to find that the over range microwave was sharing the breaker with the outlets, so when my wife tried to use it while brewing coffee, the breaker tripped. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

My rental experience at Kings Court was excellent!! We all loved it! It was so spacious and clean! It’s in a great location close to everything. Staying here was like home away from home! We enjoyed our time at Kings Court. It is in a great location in Helen, GA. So close, that you could walk to downtown. The pool and tennis (pickle ball) courts are a very short walk and fun to use. We watched deer from the dining room window that walked through the community. Beautiful! The area is nice, quiet, and secure. Golf is even available if you are a golfer. We look forward to the next time we are able to go. It is a great place for a family or a couple.
