The cabin was amazing on beautiful property surrounded by woods and view of the mountains. We enjoyed the amazing hot tub every night. It was close enough to the city but far enough to spend some time away from the crowds. I would highly recommend it.

We had a family wedding and wanted to find a central location to Dahlonega where the wedding was located and Helen. This was perfect! The home is clean and beautiful. We all slept well on the comfortable mattresses and enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful view! Would recommend visiting the town of Cleveland. Had a wonderful lunch at the Tipsy
Tomato! We loved visiting Helen! We would highly recommend staying at Cypress Knoll and hope to visit again.

My college girlfriends and I (5 of us total) take a trip annually to catch up and chose to do the N. GA mountains this year. Cypress Knoll was a great location for wineries, and easy access to Dahlonaga and Helen. The house, deck and hot tub were great! We hated we did not get to use the firepit but were too tired at night to worry about it. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean, though my friends did comment that there were a lot of “dust bunnies” in the downstairs hallway/bedrooms and the comforters seemed dusty as well. I didn’t notice that myself but we did have a used wash cloth left in our shower upstairs- it was hanging from a hook or notch at the top of the shower. We didn’t touch it to check which. So maybe the cleaning crew was just not having their best day when they did our pre-cleaning . Those were very minor things and didn’t impact our stay at all- we were very pleased with the cabin, location and staff. It was a very nice relaxing long weekend. If we make it back to the area I would happily stay at Cypress Knoll or any of the cabins managed by Georgia Mountain Rentals.

This a beautiful cabin. The view from the deck is phenomenal. We loved hanging out in the jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable. There are tons of cooking pots and pans and measuring cups, everything you could need. Also, since it was my birthday there was a sweet birthday card, glass and Prosecco that was left for us. All in all a wonderful experience.
We just had a couple things that could be improved:
1. They provide a “started kit” of toilet paper and other things. We were missing paper towels which was listed as being provided.
2. The heat does not go higher than 71 which was fine at night but all the ladies were freezing throughout the day. We walked around with our coats on inside.
3. Check out was at 11. We were packing up at 10:50 and the code stopped working to let us in the house when there was still stuff in there. It took 20 minutes to get ahold of anyone to get back in.

Cypress Knoll was a great house for 6 people. There was plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was an excellent upgrade. The view was stunning. Everyone we spoke to at Georgia Mountain Rentals was so nice and accommodating. We would definitely rent from them again.

The only minor complaint I have is the mattress in the master bedroom may need to be replaced. One side has a deep crater. This is a wonderful place!

We do an annual girls mountain weekend every year(4-6 50 yr old ladies). This was our favorite rental so far! It’s not too far off main road, convenient to downtown Cleveland and many wineries. The rooms/beds are comfortable, big kitchen, and amazing view! We loved sitting out in the porch. Highly recommend for any family or group for convenience and comfort.

- view was beautiful - drive/trek up the hill was not bad. I’ve been on much worse in the area - spacious and well staged cabin - beds was very comfy! We all slept great, each night - wifi connect was strong - 4 days, 3 nights for 6 adults

Our family vacationed in Cypress Knoll for Thanksgiving weekend. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and this kitchen was one of the most well-equipped kitchens - which was great for Thanksgiving dinner. The home was clean, very easy to get to, and close to Helen and Cleveland. We enjoyed the mountain views, fireplace and outdoor fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication leading up to, during and after our stay.
The house is awesome - very clean, so quiet, solid (no creaking floors or doors), lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. Kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances, lights, etc worked without issue.
The trees were just starting turn color so I can image next weekend the view from the deck will be gorgeous.. Spent a lot of time hiking and then relaxing in the outdoor space.
We’ve stayed in several houses in Helen area now......this one is top of our list.

This is a beautiful, well maintained cabin tucked away on the most perfect lot in the mountains. You can tell a lot of love is poured into this cabin, it's more than a rental, it's a family home as well. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip. From the beautiful starry sky view in the hot tub, to waking up to breakfast on the porch with the hummingbirds while watching the sun paint the landscape in front of us. Secluded enough to where you don't even know you have neighbors, yet close enough to drive into Helen and surrounding towns for great food and fun. We'll be back for sure! I wish we could bring other family with us, but they all have dogs and this is a no pet home (and I'm good with that, I'm allergic anyways lol) can't wait to visit again!

The views were beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The master bed is pretty firm. I like a firm mattress but this one left me with a sore back. Other than that the cabin was clean and comfortable to stay in.

The beautiful cozy cabin was located up in the mountains with amazing views. The cabin was super clean and had all the amenities like a hotel, plus more. Downtown Cleveland was about 6 miles away for groceries. The Cabin was also close to hiking trails and wineries. The management company also checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. My family loved this cabin and will definitely be back.

Had an amazing long weekend with my college-age daughters! Beautiful cabin in the foothills, with all the comforts of home. Cozy beds, well-appointed kitchen, comfy outdoor furniture and a view to die for! Close to Dahlonega, Helen and tons of wineries, we enjoyed a small-town Christmas from a Hallmark movie! We had such a great time. Absolutely beautiful home with a amazing view! Only about 15 mins to downtown Helen. We celebrated a birthday and had a couple get married on the porch. Weather was great cabin was clean. Only complaint i have is the master upstairs window facing out needs a curtin. Sun was right on my wifes face at 7am with no way to block it. Other than that it was perfect!

It was just as described and pictured online. The cabin was spotless and has everything you need. One of the best views you can fine. It would be great for viewing the fall colors. Beds were like new and very comfortable. It was on a paved road but was narrow and steep in spots. However, it was not an issue. Great location for visiting Helen, Smithgall State Park, wineries and many hiking trails. It was our second time using Georgia Mountain Rentals. Both times was a pleasant and easy experience. We will rent from them again.

We chose a quiet, mountain retreat instead of the normal beach family get-away this year. I'm so glad we did! GA Mt Rentals made everything easy; provided an app, sent emails with maps and check in/out directions, and even made a courtesy call. The cabin was spacious & comfortable with an exquisite view and huge sitting porch. And, it was super-clean with lots of special touches to keep guests comfortable. We will definitely use GMR again to visit the area and highly recommend this cabin.

We needed a time of rest, and this cabin, it's great view of the mountains, and the surrounding areas of the N. GA mountains were just what we needed! The clean cabin looked and smelled brand new, with beautiful wood everywhere, and mountain decor. The view of the mountains through all the windows in the den was special to us! The kitchen was well supplied, though we ate out often, including a great meal at Glen-Ella Springs. The beds and couch, chairs were comfortable. We enjoyed the wildlife: a couple of deer; and a hawk who sadly enjoyed a couple of songbirds, caught in the air in the clearing below. We nearly always go check out Mark of the Potter and Nora's Mill, which were fairly close by. We were pleased that the drive up to the cabin was a paved road, though narrow and steep. This was a blessed retreat for us.
