The log cabin was gorgeous and looked better than the pictures! It was clean and inviting. The location was secluded yet close to towns with great restaurants. The management company checked in with us several times to assure we were comfortable. Would definitely come back to stay.

Cabin was very peaceful and quiet at the end of the road in the development. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Kitchen was not as well equipped as some cabins - needs a few basic items added. Cabin was generally clean but some areas need some deep cleaning. Screened in porch was very nice but was covered in a thick layer of pollen and had not been cleaned prior to our stay. This was a key feature for us in renting this cabin so we spent 45 minutes cleaning it ourselves so we could use it. Other than than we enjoyed our stay at this cabin.

Beautiful secluded home with screened in porch perfect for morning coffee. Only 15 minutes to Helen, GA and plenty of nearby hiking. Only disadvantage is no cable for TV viewing.

We came for Octoberfest in late October and rented this cabin. The place was very clean and very cute! The porch was my favorite spot! The beds are full size, so if you are used to a King as we are, it was a little different for us. The water pressure was very low in both showers, but the downstairs shower seemed better.

Great location, secluded, but near enough to Helen and the mountains. Cabin larger than expected. Paved road all the way to the driveway. Screen porch highlight with table and comfortable chairs. Very responsive management company and great directions. Easy check in and check out

I honestly don’t think I have one bad thing to say about this property, housekeeping, the location or the management team. I originally booked with Georgia Mountain Rentals for a completely different property but on my end I made the mistake of entering the wrong dates and so I cancelled the entire stay, Ms. Sherry called me personally to understand why I had canceled my reservation and I explained to her what had happened. Not only did she provide me the option of three different rental properties and allowed me to choose which one I’d prefer but she got she me in the property the same day. The property was absolutely beautiful, the cleaning was absolutely GREAT and anything I needed from that day forth they were there to answer any questions no hesitation. My only complaint is that I wanted to stay an extra day but they were already booked.. lol. But over all I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone and we will be returning very soon.

Great, clean, secluded cabin on the inside. Didn’t go outside much because of a slight pet urine smell but it did not affect our stay inside the cabin. The dishwasher had a sign it wasn’t working but we didn’t cook at the cabin anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was a great place to stay and would stay there again.

We had a great time at this cabin. It was clean, and had everything we needed. My only comment, was that the WIFI would need to be a bit stronger. We had our laptops for work, and that was a bit of an issue. Otherwise, it was a great, relaxing trip, and we found that it was very central to Helen. Thanks again.

loved the cabin. very quiet. a little far out from town. wifi was iffy. no cable or sattelite tv. if you don't have roku,netflix,youtube tv or something. you don't have tv. our only issue was tv.

Our stay was wonderful at Eagle Rest. The cabin is nestled among the trees. We opened the door to a very clean and fresh smelling cabin. Everything was very welcoming. The furniture was up to date and comfortable. We would stay here again. (just remove the spider webs from the screened patio and install wands for the mini blinds)
