"We have rented Bears Knob Cabin, a few times it is an secluded and magic place for couples, no through traffic just peace and tranquility, the staff has gone above and beyond answering question as well as multiple calls, over holiday weekend. They are quick to recommend attractions as well as out of the way food places, (Betty's store in Helen has the most amazing chicken pot pie) we have to say this has been the best vacation spot and the staff are amazing!!! Keep them in mind for a one of a kind experience in cabin rentals."

"Stayed there over the weekend. Place was great, pet friendly, and secluded. Wifi was an added bonus, but cellular phone service was non existent. Everything worked, was clean and convenient. They even brought us a hair dryer immediately! Short ride to the Oktoberfest or to the state park hiking trails makes it a snap to go wherever the whim takes you any particular day. Access roads need work, though. Will be back and would definitely recommend to friends n family!"

"A wonderful time in a peaceful cabin!!!rnThe cabin is just as described. Our family of five had more than enough room to enjoy our stay. The cabin was very clean and well appointed with all you’ll need in the kitchen, (just bring your food), and all else you will need for an enjoyable stay. The game room is amazing. We had so much fun shooting hoops and playing table tennis. The location is just perfect - close enough to Helen yet remote enough to get that great country feeling. Would highly recommend this cabin and Georgia Mountain Rentals. They were super communicative and just wonderful to deal with."

Our far flung family met in Helen for a long overdue family reunion. Each family had their own cabin and we rotated group meals among them. All the Georgia Mountain Rentals were fabulous! Clean, well-stocked kitchens and nicely decorated. The king bed in Bear Hug was amazingly comfortable. Our group, comprised of kids, parents, aunts and grandparents, enjoyed many Helen activities from tubing on the Chattahoochee River, Putt Putt golf and hiking. Where do we start about how wonderful GMR is. From the day we started this adventure in 2018. With Bear Hug, then Peace in the Woods, Sunset Overlook, Mountain Fever and recently Settin’ on the Creek, they haven’t missed a beat! We could not have amassed these special properties without their guidance and back up. Their outstanding management skills and caring for their homeowners is beyond reproach. They are quick to handle all the details of the cabins and always keep us informed. Each member of our GMR family is a pleasure - office, maintenance, cleaners.
