Cabin was as advertised - warm, cozy, all amenities worked and even a Christmas tree!. Another plus (for folks with pets) was a retractable screen to block off the front porch to the steps preventing your fur-baby from leaving the porch area. All-in-all, a wonderful retreat from the mass of humanity in Helen. Thanks!

The cabin is roomy and comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The in-town location makes it very convenient, and even walkable to town if you enjoy a stroll. Would definitely recommend

Very nice cottage! We stayed just for 4 days to see the Christmas decorations and shop the Christmas markets in Helen. The cottage was comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us!

We loved the cabin! We had a nice and relaxing stay. The front porch was a hit! The cabin was provided with everything we needed. Very clean. Very close to downtown.

Overall great experience... Cabin was very nice and very cost friendly related to other accommodations nearby. Only downside would be one bathroom, but for a couple this is ideal. Half a mile from downtown Helen, but off the beaten path enough to enjoy the quiet mountain country side. Would definitely recommend to anyone who just wants to get away... the Rental staff were the best I’ve ever dealt with, Jessica was Great..

Overall good experience, good location just wished the jetted tub was in working order. The rental company did compensate for the inconvenience though. Would stay here again.

The cabin was in a great location. It suited our family of 3 well. If privacy is a must-then this is not the cabin for you as it sits very close to three others. The cabin was clean and tidy. We chose it primarily for the spacious living space which had a sofa and a loveseat. The TV was SMALL and the living space could use more lighting. Our biggest issue was trying to identify the cabin being we arrived after dark. The small wooden sign under the porch was difficult to see even during the day.

We stay in Cabin C for 2 nights but the internet was having issues and the big tub did not work so we were moved by Georgia Mountain over to Cabin A and the next 4 nights were great. Close to down town and it is comfortable and clean.

I think the price reflects the proximity to town. It seems that closer to town costs more and this cabin is a very short drive to town center. It had more room than I expected and was far better than a single hotel room for the same cost or more. Nice porch with swing and rocking chairs. Not secluded but didn’t expect that. Would have really felt better about it if the shower head and faucets were updated and newer flooring for the bathroom. All in all I feel it was a good rental and would do it again for the price but as I stated before... some small inexpensive touch ups would have made me feel much better.

This was a great cabin experience for OctoberFest in Helen and we even booked a month before, which is rare to find something this close to downtown that late. Perfect for 4 people with no agenda.

The cabin was lovely and very clean. Surprised at how well stocked it was.... Even had blender! I went with a friend, but this would be a great place for families!

It looks like a cute little cabin, walking into the place. The living room furniture is new, one of the plus's. However the kitchen is poorly equipped with things older than you find on shelves at Goodwill. Not even a decent size coffee cup, either demitasse size or heavy huge stoneware mugs that weight half a lb when filled with coffee. The bathroom also needs actual work. The side by side faucets don't match and the center caps on the top are missing on one. The single handle faucet only goes off and on, not side to side for temp control. The other is an old style with one hot & one cold handle. No storage.
Pillows all flat, only 1 TV is connected to service that's hard to use, Kinetic. Had to send someone to turn it on, we never figured how to easily change channels. Decent linens,convenient to restaurants, a cluster of 4 cabins, no view. Needs a little love. Would not choose again.

Cabin was cozy. Parking is very limited. First night we were only ones there so things were ok. Second night we had to park in front of another cabin as parking in front of ours was taken by front 2 cabins.

The cabin was very cozy, pretty quiet even tho there were neighbors on either side of us. The bed was very comfortable downstairs, upstairs not so much.
There is a grill that is shared by 2 cabins( there are 4 in this driveway) i guess you would have yo make sure no one else wanted to use it first! We didnt.
If you plan on cooking- bring everything you need condiment wise- theres nothing but pots/pans/plates etc..
the tv is a major pain- i had to call and gave someone come out due to the internet problem- no instructions on how to work it. Every 10 minutes it will stop and ask you to verify you are a guy named jim on his google account. Dont bring your firestick- doesn’t work - the tv in the bedroom snd upstairs dont work at all
This house is definitely a country getaway, but i would suggest bringing games, cards, books- the house is bare bones. There is no housekeeping service, the towels you are provided with are to last you your stay. I made sure there were extra when I arrived .

We LOVED our cabin! There are only 3 of us, and it sleeps up to 4. Our daughter loved the upstairs loft that she had all to herself. It sits in a perfect location. You are near to everything in town, yet far enough away that you feel like you've had an adventure. We highly recommend County Charm Cabins.

With the stress of the pandemic, we needed a get away. This little cabin tucked away was perfect. The cabin was clean and provided a great place to just hang out after enjoying the city. I'd definitely stay again.

Because of everything going on right now, we decided that we would take a vacation that focused on outdoor activities. This was a great cabin for a family of four. The only thing that we would have liked would have been a washer/dryer in the cabin.

This was the perfect place for me, my boyfriend and our fur babies. It was Tiger and Lily's (our doggies) first vacation! I loved how we were right in town. We relaxed. We cooked Betty's country stores fabulous steaks at the cabin for dinner our first night there. We went hiking through beautiful trails during our stay. This cabin truly was a charm!

Our stay was very nice. GMR were very helpful the few times I called. That being said the fan in the bedroom didnt work, The shower was almost to small for my husband to even move in (he is normal size) and the layout with the "hot tub" is...odd. The C and D cabins face the parking lot, not relaxing when sitting on the deck.. However it was very clean, and very nice.

Great little cabin for a few days in Helen. Very spacious for our family of four. Very clean with everything we needed. Was a bit of a challenge driving up and down the single lane gravel/dirt road. Would come back for sure.
