Open loft bedroom, 1 full bedroom cabin in a little cluster of 4 cabins with shared space. We rented late and had 2 dogs with us so choices were limited. GREAT access to the cute main strip in Helen which was why we went with this cabin! It met all of the basic necessities, no issues, easy and courteous check-in. Things inside the cabin are just a bit beat up and half-kept, and there are no thoughtful extras here. Our one odd issue was that when we turned the heat on because mornings were cold, there was a distinct 'dead animal' smell which clearly wasn't a perk.

Was to meet Ohio daughter and grandchildren for Christmas. Lovely cabin perfrct for relaxing get-together. Unexpected chickenpix outbreak prevented family from arriving. I let office know there would only be one occupant. Sherry graciously offered to allow me to tag along with her to browse and shop the Christmss Market with her and friends. Lovely fellowship and a great German lunch at Bodensee.
Would love to rent Chatming A cabin again. Would like to givr ten stars if possible.

This was a great location, especially as it was the first weekend of the Christmas Market in Helen and traffic was horrible, so being so close was an excellent choice! The cabin was clean and more than enough towels/cloths! Overall would definitely recommen!! The only “complaint” I would have is the mattress... very firm/hard and wasn’t very comfortable but I know this can be a controversial amenity as so many prefer something different. For me, it was way to firm but some may prefer that! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the location, the set up of the cabin, the only complain is the beds were too hard and not comfortable. That’s the only reason 1 it didn’t get a complete 5 star. Definitely would recommend this cabin, location.

My daughter and her two children stayed in this cabin, which was right in the same area as the rest of us. It was a great place for our weeklong vacation. At one point we had to call management because it seemed as though the fuse blew. They were out and fixed it in no time. We were extremely pleased with everything about this cabin and the management company. I am a travel agent, and will recommend these cabins and this management company to all of my clients. Heading to Georgia.

Fantastic cabin for a family of 3. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and my son in the loft. We brought our golden retriever as well as the cabin is pet friendly. Not only was she welcome, we were surprised by a couple of towels left just for her! Fire place is electric but generates a little heat. The HVAC works perfectly fine to heat the cabin. The cabin was very clean and fit the bill for what we were looking for (barely off the beaten path and close to town). If there was any negatives, it was that there were wasps in the upper windows. We noticed a bee/wasp killer spray in the kitchen after an hour and then began started seeing them after about two hours. Only had to kill 5 over a 4 day period which seemed to wipe out whatever population was left over from the spray before we got there.
The management company reached out several times to ensure everything was going well, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at Georgia Mountain Rental was great. The only negative thing to say was the tv in living room was not working. A maintenance man came out,but he couldn't fix the problem while we were there. Overall it was great.

The upstairs tv never worked. Was told it was dvd only but there was no dad player. A nice man came out to fix the tv in the bedroom. The sheets were NOT clean. We left early because of that. There were dead wasps inside and live ones throughout our stay. The hot tub is not private. It’s next to the stairs in the living room. The floors were very dirty.l, black when I wiped up a spill. I did call and tell them. They just said ok when I said we were leaving because it was dirty. When I called another time, the woman was rude. All other times they were pleasant.

The cabin was dirty. Dust on the air vents. We killed three bugs in two days and it had dead wasp all over the second floor windowsill. Bed were old and uncomfortable. It was close to town.

I really liked the size of the rooms. The cabin could have been cleaner but was not a huge issue for us. The location is really good, out of the way but close to town. The dishwasher I thought wasnt' needed. There is a place in the bathroom for a stackable washer and dryer but none was there, that would have been nice. We did have the misfortune of having to kill one large bug, yuk! Otherwise didn't see anything else. The TV was nice in the great room and the electric fireplace was ok, did not put out any heat. The shower was a little small but it was ok too. We probably won't be back to Helen anytime soon (were there for a wedding) but we may consider staying here again. Since traffic around Atlanta is so bad we did decide to leave a day early and book a hotel in Atlanta close to the airport. I emailed the property about this and asked if we could get the night refunded but never heard back at all.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the TV/Cable was not working properly. The house keeper tried to correct it and also a maintenance man tried to correct it. He said they would have to call the provider. The parking lot light was not working. The people in cabin "C" said someone came and changed the blub but did NOT test it. The light was still not working. FOR INFORMATION ONLY, 1-The wood molding by the shower is showing signs of black mold. 2-The gutters on all the cabins are completely clogged. This can cause damage to the roofing if not taken care of. Over all was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the town of Helen very much. Would come back again during a different season. It would have been nice if the cabins were closer to midtown Main Street.

Overall the Cabin is nice. Everything worked and was clean. However, the beds are the most uncomfortable bed we have ever experienced during a stay away from home. So much so, we left a day early due to lack of sleep and much discomfort. During a stay away from home, its essential that you get a good night sleep. This was impossible. Did also speak to the neighbors beside us and that was a major complaint of theirs too. I would highly suggest upgrading the mattresses for sure. It honestly ruined our getaway.

The cabin was great, very clean. The space was great for a family of 4 and one dog. We were at walking distance to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the area and the cabin. All in all it was great! Really appreciated that the staff called the day after checking in to see how everything is.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Country Charm A. The Cabin was Welcoming, Clean and comfortable. The location close to downtown Helen was a plus and allowed a brisk walk to the post office, the Helen Welcome center and Restaurants in the South end of Town. We did find a lack of useable pots and Pans and silverware to cook breakfast and Sharp knives (which I sharpened to make useable)...

We had an awesome experience renting this cabin for our group of four in October. The location was perfect--walkable to town, yet far enough off the main road that we had some privacy. The space itself was clean and well kept. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to future travelers.

Nice clean cabin off the beaten busy street, very quite sitting, the couch wasn’t comfortable at all but it was clean just wore out and there wash a bathtub in the open main area that was in view of everyone. Really weird but it was good for the weekend. Glad we didn’t have anyone else with us

I am pleased to hear that you were able to enjoy your stay! The jacuzzi tub is featured in the home since there is not a hot tub. The jacuzzi was put into the cabin with the mindset of using for couple's get-away's. I believe there is a privacy barrier you can put up while the tub is in use as well. Anytime you have any suggestions on how to improve a cabin please let us know. Our guest feedback is important to us.

We were very happy with the cabin from the friendly, knowledgeable staff, the cleanliness of the cabin and the location to town. We were there for Christmas and pleasantly surprised that they had a decorated Christmas tree by the fireplace. We would definitely stay there again!

Rick from Crawfordville. Nice secluded area but close to town. View okay - but not able to sit and enjoy the porch with cooler weather. Enjoyed making use of the fireplace. Slept in master bedroom one night and the loft one night...enjoyed the loft better. Warmer and bed was more comfortable in the loft. Overall fairly clean but lights burned out in some of the fixtures and ceiling fan blades a little dusty. Description of guest’s responsibilities for leaving the cabin is a little intimidating and with the high cleaning fee that came on the estimate of charges made the total room high enough that we almost did not book and contemplated a few minutes about other arrangements.

My husband and I rent from them all the time. We got married in Helen and stayed there. We go up for our anniversary just about every year and this time we went for my birthday. We love this place so much that we come back to the same location every year. We’ve stayed in charm B several times too. Wonderful little vacation spot. So peaceful

The home is very cute. What they don’t tell you is that you are about 5-6 steps away from the next door neighbors front door. Also, trash was in the upstairs wooden beam that you can see as you look over the stairs. The overhead light for the fireplace was out & there were cobwebs above the ceiling fan in the living room. We called to let them know, they offered us a free round of golf for everyone in our party (our stay came with 1 free admission to golf already) Be prepared to bring your own hand soap (as they give you a tiny bar of soap that’s titled “body soap”) also, bring your own firewood, coffee & games for the family. Absolutely nothing is provided. There are pots and pans, but need to be updated badly as the frying pans Teflon was coming off as I was cooking. Bedspreads are really outdated, as well as the showerhead. We made the best of our stay with 4 adults and 1 3 yr old. But I’m just glad we came mostly prepared.

I booked all 4 Country Charm units for a weekend during Oktoberfest. All cabins were in great condition, and are within walking distance to downtown Helen. I have stayed in these units several times, and have never been disappointed. Will definitely book again.

Nice, cozy cabin within walking distance to everything Helen has to offer. Our two dogs loved it. We did have a bit of an incident right after arriving and the staff handled it very professionally and was very accommodating. Loved the Jacuzzi tub and front porch swing.

The cabin was ok. A little disappointed. It was an older cabin. For the most part it was clean. They did call to see if everything was satisfactory and I told them the shower curtain was slimy and had mildew on bottom and they replaced it. Very nice lady. The jacuzzi tub is not in a good location. I thought it was in bedroom but it’s actually off to the side in the living room with just a partition that divides it. I could not even use it. My son had the loft bedroom and you could see right down in it. Not exactly a smart design. The location was good but view was terrible. I would not get this cabin again. Not for the price.

The cabin was very clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated that there were plenty of large fluffy towels. We slept in the king size bed downstairs and it was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful sitting on the porch. The cabin is one of several in a group located just at the edge of Helen, so not too far to drive into town. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi was not very strong, so streaming movies or TV shows didn't work too well. However, we would definitely stay again.

Country Cabin A is a great alternative to staying in a hotel room. It is quaint, quiet, and affordable. Is located close to downtown Helen, so it is convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
